1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Registration and Subscription

To use certain features of the App, you must subscribe as follows:

• Dialog.Airtel.Hutch Users SMS with "Reg mobi" to 77177.
• Mobitel Users: SMS with "reg mobi" to 77177.

4. Subscription Fees and Unsubscribe

The subscription fee is 6 Taka plus tax per day. To unsubscribe:

• Dialog.Airtel.Hutch Users: SMS with "Ureg mobi" to 77177.
• Mobitel Users: SMS "Dreg mobi" to 77177.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to upload harmful or infringing content, or to attempt to reverse engineer our software. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App is owned by ViralNetworks or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

ViralNetworks and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralNetworks from any claims arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for any breach of these Terms without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
